Nikkei is the cross-cultural cuisine that emerged when Japanese immigrants landed in Peru — think ceviche meeting nigiri, tiraditos meeting sashimi. Dinner-only, closed Mondays. The room is small, the menu is tight, and it's KB's best answer to wanting sushi without the bridge crossing.
