The headline opening of the Ritz-Carlton's December 2025 reopening after a $100M renovation, replacing Lightkeepers. Chef Patrizio La Gioia comes from Per Se in New York and I Portici in Bologna; the kitchen is built around a Josper grill and binchotan-and-oak finishing. Modern coastal Italian above the Atlantic — fresh handmade pasta, whole fish, seasonal vegetables. Breakfast 7–11 AM, dinner 5–10 PM, La Dolce Vita brunch on weekends.
